Jon Spencer Technical Drawing undertake planning and building regulation applications for residential extensions of all types and sizes.
Jon Spencer Technical Drawing was established in 2003, building on over 16-years experience in the construction industry, to provide architectural drawings and applications for predominantly residential clients. We serve Northamptonshire and most of Bedfordshire and offer helpful, practical advice, and economical and professional services.
We aim to be inexpensive but always deliver quality of standard you expect. We deliver a cost effective, value for money package which aims to keep as much of the stress of the application process away from the client as possible.
We can help guide you through the whole development process from planning and building regulations approval from Local Authorities.
Visiting our potential clients enables us to better understand the project and give advice from both a planning and construction view point. A discussion on site about the project along with timescales, requirements and the reasons for them, assists in our aim achieve the best solution for the client. At this meeting we are also able to explain the application processes and the services we offer. Depending on your questions the whole discussion stage should take between 15 and 45-minutes.

We serve Northamptonshire and most of Bedfordshire and make no charge for the initial site visit and consultation. We will still visit projects from further away but request a small fee in advance to cover additional expenses.
